My husband Mike knows me pretty well. Gifts from him? That he picked out? I don’t think so. Maybe once in a while. He did get the iPad right a few years back.
However, yesterday he did buy me something, and I like love it. I may like it as much as that iPad! That’s alot!
While I don’t know exactly how this will be used, I know it will be in the Master Bedroom (the room that it’s pictured in).
It was $9 at an antique store in Church Hill, Tennessee.
I may have to go back with him. I may need two. Or even three. Wonder how one without the glass would look with chalkpaint behind it in the garage as a “Reminder Board?”
It’s going to be a Pinterest night.
I love it. I think it would be pretty to have a bunch of different pane’s arranged in a collage taking up a whole wall. Call me when you get it done, I wanna come see it.
I will!! I’ll be taking all kinds of pictures!
I have seen these window panes where the glass is painted with chalk paint and used like you are talking about…..saw it in a magazine somewhere…..so you might want to leave the glass in if it is in there tight
Hi Terri…that’s a good idea! We’re going back to get more week after next. I really like them. I also saw where each glass pane had been painted a different color (very rustic) and then a word such as “Rejoice” or “Praise” was stenciled in the panes. So many ideas…. 🙂
